Beautiful home, well laid out, and plenty of space so we didn't feel crammed or stepping over each other. We were a family of 11: 7 adults, 2 teens and 2 kids Derek was extremely responsive and helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to stay at any of his properties. The house was beautiful, the location was perfect, and Derek made the whole process simple and easy.

This is a beautiful home with lots of room for all your needs. Everything was just as it was in the pictures. It was clean and neat. My kids loved the pool and having access to the Clubhouse. It was definitely a nice place to relax and rest.

Great host! Quick response to any and all questions. Very clean home. Kitchen fully stocked for large meals. Pool was the highlight of our stay for the kids. There is a bathroom in the pool area and plenty of pool towels in laundry area. The amenities on sight can be walked to in 10min. Splash pad perfect for little ones. On sight food and adult beverages served until dusk. 30min drive to disney springs.

This was an amazing stay, any issues that may have come up Derek was more then helpful and always responded in a timely manner. Everything was as described and the place smelled amazing ! We stayed 5 nights and 5 days and we loved every moment of the visit in this beautiful home. You will not be disappointed staying here with your family. Also did I mention how great this placed smelled! ☺️

Our group of 12 and an infant stayed here for 4 nights. There was plenty of space for everyone.! The house is beautiful and we felt right at home as soon as we entered, everyone enjoyed our stay so much that nobody wanted to leave.! The pool was nice and it was great to have access to the clubhouse which the kids enjoyed so much especially the lazy river. Hosts were very responsive and took immediate care of a tiny inconvenience upon arrival (nothing to do with the house itself and definitely nothing negative). We definitely recommend this home for anyone looking for a place to stay. Thank you Derek and Lauren for an amazing stay.!

The cleanliness could have been improved—there were noticeable marks on the walls, and the carpet on the stairs didn’t feel clean. The building is older, and some updates may be needed. For a property that accommodates 11 people, more towels would be helpful. The pool experience was disappointing; it was overly hot at first, then too cold, and on the last day, the maintenance team advised it was unsafe to use, resulting in a lost day. Additionally, the pots and pans provided weren’t ideal for cooking meals for a large group. The couch cushions had holes and likely need replacing. That said, everything else was fine. Derek is extremely responsive and helpful when you need anything at all.

Amazing to say the least! We felt so at home and the HOA pool and amenities are amazing. We will be back for another stay! It is very convenient for Disney, Gatorland, shopping, and other local attractions!

Staying at this home with our big family was a great experience. The neighborhood location is excellent — very convenient and quiet. The house had plenty of space for everyone, which made our stay very comfortable. We really appreciated how spacious and well-located everything was. Would recommend it for large families or groups!

The house is very beautiful and very well descriptive as it says on the listing. Clean and offers a lot of open space and decent size rooms, especially the master bedroom. Derek and Lauren house will not disappoint. Disney parks are 20 to 30 minutes away, but the main entrance to the Disney parks is only 10 minutes away. Supermarket is only eight minutes away. And a lot of local activities very close to the house within 5 miles away. This house does offer a bathroom with a tub for those with families that have little ones. We loved it! Thanks Derek and Lauren.

Our dream Kissimmee/Orlando Getaway! We had the most incredible time staying in this beautiful home! It truly felt like our home away from home. The home was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The location was very well located to avoid the craziness from the attraction parks surroundings, but made it easy to get around and experience the magic. The bedrooms were more than enough to host our crew of 6, and my friends and kids enjoyed the comfort, as we spent long days exploring the parks we came back to this cozy haven feeling refreshed and ready to do it all again. Our host Derek was incredibly responsive. He addressed any questions and requests we had and needed for a smooth and enjoyable. I can’t say enough about this stay, as this house exceeded all our expectations and we would return and recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic vacation! We will be back soon!

Such a beautiful home! & plenty of space for me and my family of 7! So close to everything! 30mins from Universal & 20mins from Disney! It’s a gated community and it’s really quiet. Had such a peaceful vacation. The pool was such a great thing to have to cool down from that Florida heat! Derek and Lauren were always quick to respond with anything and everything no matter what time. Not that it was needed as they had everything we needed. You can tell the hosts really care about their home as it was spotless when we came & they had a great guide book for all their recommendations in the area. Would definitely recommend!

The house was absolutely beautiful, but even more impressive was Derek’s communication. From the moment we booked through the day we checked out, Derek made it easy and clear what we needed to do and when we needed to do it. Any question or message was IMMEDIATELY answered, which to me goes above and beyond. The house was incredible! It was perfect for our family so everyone could have their own space and getting in and out was a breeze. The only negative thing was that we had to come home and couldn’t stay longer on our vacation. If you have a family or group visiting the Disney/Universal area, I can’t recommend this place and Derek enough. Unbelievable value compared to what you’d get at a hotel or resort.

Great place to stay! Spacious and beautiful. Very comfortable and offered lots of extra items that you’d expect other airbnbs to offer but usually don’t such as extra toilet paper and garbage bags. Disney World was 25-30 depending on traffic. Fast food was about 6 min away. Target or Walmart 15min. Great location.

Great stay, pool was heated and ready to go when we arrived. Place was clean and super spacious. Derek was very responsive and communicative. Would book here again. Five stars!

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home with family and friends, from the moment we walked through the door, we felt at home. The space is warm, inviting, and colourful—everything you'd hope for in a home away from home. My children loved the pool, we all had a great time there. Location-wise, it's a short drive to Disney theme parks; we were also able to get a local shuttle from Kissimmee to Busch Gardens in Tampa Bay. It's close enough to local attractions and amenities yet tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood, offering the best of both worlds. I highly recommend this lovely house, and I'll definitely be visiting again when next in Orlando.

It was a good stay. Space really like pictures, and condominium facilities are a bonus. Easy communication. My only advice is that you might spend some time commuting. It will take at least 30 minutes to go to Disney parks and 50 minutes to go to Universal Studios, the closest WM is 15 minutes from there.

We had a great week in Derek’s place. He was very responsive and checked in. Location is great. We did not have any issues and would definitely stay there again. It was easy to check in and enter the condo. Neighborhood was safe and had plenty to do. The private pool was nice to have after long park days.
