We loved our stay! The house was very clean, smelled so fresh, and had everything we could possibly need and more. The location was perfect and close to the beach. Every detail was thoughtfully provided, making it feel like a true home away from home. Highly recommend this beach house for anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and convenient getaway!

This place was beyond what we expected and the nicest home we’ve stayed in while visiting this area. Every time we opened the front door and walked in the place smelled brand new. It was fully equipped with updated kitchen items. There was plenty of space in both the living area as well as the bedrooms. This is definitely a must return next trip place. The host was quick to respond to any questions and very friendly.

We would absolutely stay at this home again in the future. A Beautiful upgraded modern home right down the street from the beach with bbq and fire pit for making s’mores. The golf cart with the rental is a must for the full beach experience. Derek was always quick to answer any questions we had and helped with local information as well. This was a Great experience all around with an amazing beautiful clean home for our vacation.

All I can say is the home was beautiful, extremely comfortable and Derek was very responsive! my family loved the home. my wife was absolutely in love with the shower! talk about a resort style shower! Very easy to find, very homey feeling, and super clean. Derek was very responsive to the few questions I had as there were no issues. I highly recommend and we will be reposting again when we return next year.

Our family loved our stay! We opted to rent the golf cart which made shuttling back and forth between our beach setup and the house a breeze, with little ones that napped. The neighborhood is quiet and provides quick access to the water that you can walk or drive to. Beach chairs and accessories provided helped lighten our packing list, and they also had a pack and play and bumbo seat! Our family enjoyed our stay and would recommend and do again!

My family of 8 really enjoyed the house as well as the amenities downstairs. Derek was very responsive when we needed something fixed and had a handyman there within the hour. We were unable to use the golf cart due to needing maintaining which was very disheartening since we could not get another one being as it was the 4th of July weekend but we understand things happen. Overall we really enjoyed our time.

Absolutely 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This home was beautiful—truly magazine-worthy from the moment we walked in! The scent inside was so fresh and inviting, it immediately set the tone for a relaxing stay. It felt like a true home away from home. Every room was comfortable and thoughtfully designed. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together. The master bathroom was spa-like —the shower had the most relaxing shower heads, making it feel like a luxury experience every day. The location couldn’t have been better, with close access to the beach. We enjoyed every moment and will definitely be back!

Derek’s home was beautiful and comfortable. Having the golf cart was great and the fenced in yard with two little ones, we were able to spend a lot of time outside and going on rides.

This beach house was perfect for the amount of people that i had in my group. We enjoyed every bit of the clean and comfortable house. I highly recommend booking it if you want to stay at a “feels like home” place. Also our hosts were great. We kept in touch before and during our booking and they were great with answering each time i messaged them.

Derek was very helpful and responsive before, during and after our trip. The fully stocked coffee bar was awesome. They also provided more household items than other Airbnb’s I’ve used in the past which was a pleasant surprise. Kitchen was truly fully stocked. Decor was simple, modern and clean. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were spotless! Will look at staying with them in one of their other properties in the future.

This house was absolutely amazing! Super spacious with 4 comfy queen beds, 1 king, and 2 oversized couches that could easily sleep 4 more. The bathroom had a rainfall-style shower and felt like a spa. The kitchen was fully stocked with tools, great counter space, an all-in-one oven and air fryer, and a coffee setup for drip, pour-over, Keurig, or your own beans. The deep sink made prep and cleanup easy. Living area was super cozy even at 6’3”, I had room to stretch out! Beach gear was all there: chairs, games, even leftover charcoal. We walked to the beach (just 2 blocks!) and grabbed daiquiris at Bust-A-Lime. Ferry to Galveston was quick and fun. We barely had to leave the house it was that well-stocked. We were absolutely blown away by this stay with Level Up Stays.

BOOK THIS PLACE! It’s simply perfect. Derek was amazing & very helpful. His next door neighbors noticed i was there alone & offered assistance during the winter snow storm. They were so nice & made me feel safe & welcome. The homes is better than the photos. So so cozy & CLEAN! I walked to the beach daily. Very short walk. Extremely happy with my stay!

Absolutely beautiful interior! The home has been designed with care and ease for the occupants. It is absolutely as listed and the extras like coffee and games were appreciated. My kids loved playing with the beach toys. We got lucky with the December weather and had lots of quality time at the beach.

So much to say. I will start by saying we didnt want to leave. Home was absolutely beautiful and the pictures didn't do it justice. I will definitely be back. My mother in law loved the property, bcause of steps she didn't leave the home but she enjoyed every inch of the home. She smiled the whole time. Big kitchen and everything you need to cook with. They even provide coffee, cream and sugar. This home isnt a 5 star property but a 4 diamond.

the house was in perfect condition. There a lot of little thinks that you don't expect (like wireless chargers for you phones and watches in the bedrooms). Large TV's in the living room and bedrooms. little things too like zip lock bags. I could go on, it is a nice place to stay.
