My group planned a trip to Universal Halloween Horror Nights and to check out Epic Universe. We wanted a fun place to stay for our visit and fell in love with the pictures of this place. In person made us fall in love with it even more. We already are looking to return to stay here in the future. Derek was great at responding to messages. He checked in with us to make sure everything was to our liking and was willing to improve anything during our stay to make sure our stay was great. 100/10 recommend staying at this place and having Derek as the host.

Everyone in our group loved the place as soon as we entered it. Every individual room was done very well and the overall layout was very much to our liking. Derek answered any questions we had in a timely manner. The only problem we had is we couldn’t stay longer. I strongly recommend booking this location. Hopefully, we will again in the future.

Derek was very responsive when contacted. Nice neighborhood/amenities are close by. Great variety of items for use with the pool and neighborhood amenities.

This was an amazing stay for my family and I. They were very accommodating, friendly and quick to respond! The amenities were amazing and even if we did not want to leave the air bnb, we could’ve stayed right inside. Would definitely come back again!

My family decided to take an impromptu trip to Orlando, and my daughter and brother are huge anime fans. They loved all the thoughtful details — the Upside Down and Pokémon-themed rooms were the biggest hits. The community pool is gorgeous and even has a lazy river. Derek was extremely responsive and proactive in his communication. This was definitely a great trip!

We had wonderful stay at Derek's home. The location could not be any better, very quite and serene, short driving distance from all the main restaurantsand shopping centers. The house was very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. Derek was very helpful upon check in and check out and easily accessible when we had any questions.

Amazing anime themed bedrooms. Super well done! Loved the upstairs living room. The pool and lazy river at the clubhouse are only steps away and very nice.

The place is stunning they did a great job with the decorations and wall art, the theme was great my kids loved it.

Although there were a few mishaps, Derek and Lauren were responsive and sent the appropriate contractors out immediately. They went out of there way to accommodate me for the unexpected troubles. Things happen but they made sure to be on top of it all. I’d book again.

This home was beautiful and it matched the pictures posted. It was located in a great area and stores and restaurants was about a 5 to 10 min drive. We really enjoyed the pool and the game room. I stayed here with my kids & aunt for 5 days.Our stay was great it was easy to find easy to gain access it is gated.Checking in was quick and easy it was very clean my boys loved the anime theme there are many amenities lazy river,bar,volleyball court, gym. Best part was the private pool. Theres also restaurants within 10 miles.

We stayed for five nights at this location and it was great! The home was clean, games were fun at night and the pool basketball hoop made the difference! Great place with great hosts, we would definitely recommend and would stay here!

We were visiting Orlando with our 4 grandkiddo's and this house perfect. All the amenities made our stay both comfortable with plenty of entertainment during down time from the local theme parks. We would totally stay there again.

The entire theme of the house was amazing! Each room having its own anime theme. And it was awesome having our own pool. The hosts are very responsive and quick to answer any questions you have.

My sons are big fans of anime and gaming. I surprised them with a stay at this location while we visited the theme parks. The decor and wall art in all the rooms was super fun and well done. The arcade was an added bonus. Derek was very friendly and attentive to our needs, quickly resolving any issues that came up during our stay. The area was quiet and a short drive from anything we needed. I highly recommend this rental.

The theming on this anime house was amazing! My family thoroughly enjoyed the place! The resort was across the street from the house and the Disney parks were an easy 20 minutes away. Derek and Lauren responded very timely each time I reached out and both were so friendly! We look forward to booking this place again!

Thank you Derek, the stay was a dream, I wish to repeat it. The best of all is that you have 5 bathrooms. For a large family, there is no waiting to go to the bathroom. The pool is comfortable and the resort facilities are something of a surprise. I recommend to everyone and I will promote them to all you can. It's 10 out of 5.

We couldn’t have been more happy with our stay! The house is right across the street from the club house, we used the kids activities a few days and everything was close by. The house was big enough that we all felt like we could spread out and still be with one another. The kids (and adults) loved the game room and the pool at the house. I also can not say enough about how amazing Derek and Lauren were with keeping in touch with us! We decided to stay during Milton and they checked on us and asked if we needed anything and were so responsive to every question we had. We had an amazing trip (minus Milton).

Fun, clean and very enjoyable

Positive: We enjoyed our stay at the property.we were a family of 6 ages from 15 to 76 and found plenty of space and privacy.The pool was an added bonus and we made good use of it. We loved the decor. Although we did not use the facilities of the club house it was only a few steps away. From the property we had good views of the lake and its resident alligator and we enjoyed our daily walks around it.The distance to the disney parks were closer than we expected. we used the recommended short cut via Sherbeth road and made the journey in 18 minutes. Would definitely recommend this property.

Amazing for our girls trip. The rooms were more than amazing and the community pool was top-tier.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. everything was clean, spacious and accommodated all my guests comfortably. I enjoyed all the amenities including the clubhouse which was very fun and beautiful. The arcade at the clubhouse is free. they also across from the arcade have a center for children to do activities which was really cool. The pool area had a lazy river, hot tub, lounging chairs, big pool and bar. The bar had shaded areas and was clean and had a variety of drinks and food in case you wanted to stay on site. The employees at the clubhouse were friendly. The host was very responsive whenever I had questions and responded really fast. there were plenty of TVs throughout the house where everyone could have their own individual TV. This stay for the price and space was well worth it and I look forward to staying at this listing in the future. Everywhere that I had to go on my itinerary was within 20 to 25 minutes including the parks.

Such a fun stay! Totally a dream place for every anime fan. My friends and I had an amazing time here. Derek was very responsive and amazing in helping make this stay one for the books!

This was my second stay and I will book again next year. My only problem was I couldn't stay longer lol. My kids love everything about the home and the community center that is across the street with a pool and lazy river. I rate this a 10 out of 10

We absolutely loved Derek’s house. We loved the detailed Anime rooms. The host was so helpful and quick to respond. We loved how opened the living room and kitchen were to the pool in back. They definitely have an amazing house and we will definitely book with them in the future!!!! Definitely recommend this property to a family with kiddos!!

My family and I really enjoyed this place. The house was exactly like the pictures. Our children loved it just as much as the adults. There was plenty of games and activities to do at the house. With a bonus of the neighborhood pool and amenities. The location was perfect with a very very short walk to the pool.

Very beautiful place !! Kid friendly , 2 pack and plays , stroller and 2 high chairs . Close to the community pool which was very nice . Neighbors were extremely loud but that was out of our control I would definitely book this place again

We loved this home for our Florida stay! We stayed for 9 days and everything was perfect! The home was clean and exactly as pictured. Derek was very kind and sent clear check in and out instructions. He was also very responsive when I had a question during our stay. We definitely plan to stay in this home during our next trip to Disney.

Every thing was amazing.

The house was the perfect space for our family of 7, with 5 kids (10 & under). They loved the themes, and the arcade area is what really sold it. Combine that with a community area complete with kids swim play and lazy river - we could've just stayed there our whole trip rather than venture to Orlando. Highly recommend.

I chose this property because when my son was younger he loved Dragon Ball Z, he got a chance to share his child hood memories with with daughter. We all loved the way this property is decorated.

This was such a fun home away from home for our family. The anime theme was amazing! The home had everything we needed and there was a Publix, Walmart, and 7-Eleven minutes away. We planned on going to some of the local amusement parks and once we got here realized this place had it all. The community pool, lazy river, and all of the amenities were steps away. But the home itself also had a heated pool (for an additional fee), a private game room, and so much space! The weekends are a little bit noisier/crowded than the weekdays as there are other neighboring airbnbs. Overall, this place was amazing and the hosts have definitely outdone themselves!

Derek’s AnimeBnB was awesome. The rooms were super cool how they were decorated, the game room was fun, and we will likely stay here again. It felt like a home and not just another airbnb. It was great.

I highly recommend booking here! The AnimeBNB leaves nothing left to be desired for anime lovers. The entire house is modern and well decorated to feel upscale, but still very much themed in various anime styles. The provided supplies and amenities were perfect and made our stay easygoing! We came here for my son’s 8th birthday and celebrated with family. With a February birthday in Florida, you never know what to expect weather wise. Unfortunately, this weekend was rainy and chilly. The pool heater was not working during our stay, but the hosts were responsive and offered to refund us for the pool warming fee. I’m sure this will be resolved for future guest stays. The WiFi disconnected from the TVs and we all lost service momentarily, but again, this is not something that reflects the home or the host - but just truly the only two drawbacks from the entire stay. I recommend to book your stay here, explore the amenities of the clubhouse & enjoy the beauty and design of this home!

If I could give 6 stars I would! This home was beyond my expectation. Very detailed, as each room gives a different excitement of “ouhhs and ahhhs” I wish I could’ve stayed longer. I’ve stayed in numerous of air b n bs and this by far was quipped with way more kitchen tools. Also Derek was very quick with responding when needed. Exceeded all expectations! Beautiful private neighborhood! The community pool and splash pad was amazing. My kids could not get enough of their private arcade and heated private pool. The condo was just as the photos.
